This is the Official website of the Marine Corps Officers who trained together in Basic School Class 4-67 at Quantico, Virginia during the winter/spring of 1967.
Upon graduation, most of these newly minted and trained 2nd Lieutenants immediately departed for Vietnam and served in the Fleet Marine Force - Pacific (FMF-PAC) for one or more combat tours during the height of the war and over the ensuing years. One of the most highly decorated Basic School Classes, members were awarded 6 Navy Crosses and 27 Silver Stars. Thirty-nine members of our class were killed in action while fighting in the Vietnam War.

PATRIOT POSTINGS
Newest postings will be on top. Since there is a limit to how many postings appear on a page, once there are many postings, you will need to click on "older posts" (lower right corner) to see previous ones. Eventually there will be lots of posts hiding there... don't miss them! You can also go to BLOG ARCHIVE on left side-bar to find specific postings.
In most cases you should be able to click on a photo to enlarge it.

October Gathering in Lexinton, VA
(L to R) Phil Bellini, Bob Petrella, Gordy Calkins, and Bill Eaton got together (along with their wives) to enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery in Lexington, VA.
The guys played golf while the girls shopped and went sight-seeing.
A highlight of the trip was a tour of the VMI campus where Gordy taught for many years and the Washington and Lee campus where Carol Calkins worked for many years.
